What is Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA)?

CRA is a simple, safe, natural method of analyzing the body’s mental, structural and nutritional needs. It is a holistic mode of analysis that enables a Health Care Practitioner to check every major organ, gland, system and structure in the body. A deficiency in any of these areas could cause or contribute to various acute or chronic health problems. CRA combines the techniques of kinesiology, acupuncture and clinical nutrition.
